How different may your choices have been had you had access to these skills and insights earlier on in your life. Mindfulness, EQ4Me and Mind Matters are workshops that focus on change management and how to apply the “softer” skills to take ownership of our life choices.
Lynn is passionate and committed to challenging the way things have always been done and believes it is time to “Wake the Fuck Up”. We are largely operating in a world structure or system that rewards the few and marginalises the majority. If you don’t believe me, ask how a system that is fair and equitable, has 95% of the worlds wealth sitting in the hands of 5% of the population?

In order to be empowered and free to make the right choices, that allows us freedom within the system, we have to look internally and decide how we are going to change so we live the lives we want to, a life that makes our souls sizzle! 

When debating our pay offline, we agreed that it needed to succinctly summarise our promise, thus “Results in Change” was born. It talks directly to the fact that as a result of working with us, you will experience and see Change which will culminate in Results.
